Terms of Service

Blue Collar Deal Sheet ("the Service") is operated by Aspendora Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing, you ("Subscriber") agree to these Terms. Read them carefully.

1. What the Service is

Each week, we send you a curated list of up to 12 HVAC businesses in your chosen metro that our sourcing has identified as candidates for acquisition based on public records and digital signals. For each candidate we include succession and operational signals, contact details, and a suggested outreach angle.

The Service is research and intelligence. We are not a broker, agent, or intermediary in any acquisition transaction. We do not represent buyers or sellers. Any deal you pursue is between you and the seller.

2. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are $797.00 USD per month, billed via Stripe at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing lacy@bluecollardealsheet.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-period cancellation.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice by email. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

3. Territory exclusivity

Each paying subscriber locks one metro area. Within a given metro, no other subscriber receives the same Deal Sheet during your active subscription. If your preferred metro is already locked when you try to subscribe, we will refund your first charge within 5 business days and offer a waitlist option.

Metro boundaries are reasonable commuting/operational geographies (e.g., "Dallas-Fort Worth" covers Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties). We define and publish metros in our sourcing documentation; disputes over metro scope are resolved by us in good faith.

4. 30-day response guarantee

If, in your first four weekly Deal Sheets as a new subscriber (48 total candidates), you send outreach to every candidate and receive zero responses of any kind — including no replies, no returned calls, no returned mail — we will credit your next month of service in full.

To claim: reply to any Deal Sheet email within 14 days of the fourth sheet with records of your outreach attempts (sent timestamps, recipients, channels). The guarantee is honored at our reasonable discretion; it is available only to new subscribers and only on their first subscription cycle.

5. Data accuracy and signal quality

Our Deal Sheets combine public records data with algorithmic signal detection. Signals are directional, not predictive. We make no representation that any given business on a sheet is actually for sale, interested in selling, or viable to acquire. We review every sheet before delivery, but we cannot guarantee accuracy of any specific data point (owner name, license status, contact info, etc.) at any moment in time. You are responsible for your own due diligence on any candidate.

6. Acceptable use

• The Deal Sheet is licensed to you for your own acquisition search. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it.
• You may not use the data to target candidates for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• You may not share your subscription with another person or business — one subscription = one subscriber in one metro.
• We may suspend or terminate service without refund for violations of this section.

7. Intellectual property

Underlying data in Deal Sheets (license filings, state records, business registrations) is sourced from public records — no exclusive rights are claimed. The curation, analysis, scoring, and narratives are our copyrighted work product, licensed to you for internal use only.

We collect minimal personal data (your name, email, metro, payment info via Stripe). See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will email active subscribers at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
